Positive: The view was beautiful
Negative: Nothing

Positive: Three level townhouse with two bedrooms facing a lake. Living room also faces the lake. Lots of ducks, birds, and turtles to watch. Nice loft on the third level. Well-equipped kitchen with some nice extras like an air fryer, mixer, and a Keurig and standard coffee maker. Beautiful bed spreads and nice towels.Gretchen and Verge were both very nice. I lost my earrings and they are mailing them to my house. Hard to beat honest people.
Negative: Nicely decorated throughout but cabinets in the kitchen are dated.

We enjoyed our stay there, it had everything needed. Would stay there again.
Positive: Well worth the value. Quiet. The owners were very good with communication
Negative: The back gate on the deck is not secure and does not close tightly. Almost had an accident

We had a good time, and were comfortable
Positive: It had a soothing view of the lake. It was spacious. The owners recommended some eateries. Every bedroom had it's own bath. The location was near the Tanger Outlets, Walmart, and lots of places to eat. The location was very close to 26W so it was easy to drive downtown in 15 minutes.
Negative: It wasn't clear in the Ad that the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The ad is arranged so that it appears that there are 2 bedrooms on the ground level. It's not a good spot for the elderly. One of my family members had issues with the high climb to the bedroom. The ceilings are high (that nice for aesthetics) but has additional stairs. We are tea drinkers, and the kettle has rust on the inside. I let the owner know though, and she said she would have management to provide a new kettle. We used one of the steel pots for a kettle, so it was fine. The bed in the loft lean downward on the left side. Not sure if it was the mattress or the floor. It is loud at night for some reason. On 2 of the nights, around 4 am, there began some loud clanging noises from outside. This continued until around 6:30 am. I couldn't see anything but one of the noises sounded like large dumpsters being emptied. The other sound was like trucks or trains moving over around somewhere nearby. That's just the location, not the owner or management.
